<p>Die Tradition will, dass auch dieses Jahr das Liebesversprechen der Verlobten, die noch in diesem Jahr heiraten, vor der Urne des Heiligen Valentins erneuert wird. Es handelt sich dabei um die sogenannte "<strong>Festa della Promessa</strong>",, dem Fest des Versprechens, das immer am Sonntag vor dem 14.</p>Februar gefeiert wird und zu dem alle Paare aus ganz Italien und aus dem Ausland, die noch dieses Jahr heiraten, eingeladen sind.&nbsp; <p></p> <br> <p>Am 12. Februar wird der Bischof von Terni dank der Fürbitte des Schutzheiligen und ersten Bischofs der Stadt eine besondere Messe abhalten und die anwesenden Paare segnen , ihnen ein glückliches Familienleben wünschen und ihnen eine Urkunde zur Erinnerung und den Bräuten einen Blumenstrauß schenken.</p> <p>Am 19. und am 26.
