Il Museo Civico Diocesano di Santa Maria dei Servi di Città della Pieve ospita, dall'8 aprile al primo maggio, " <strong>Via Dolorosa</strong>", la mostra che vede come protagoniste le 14 stazioni dipinte da David Petri. <br> <p>Un viaggio tra spiritualità ed arte che ripercorre i momenti salienti della passione di Cristo, attraverso le opere di un pittore dalla grande sensibilità, raffinatezza e&nbsp;cultura.</p><p></p> <p><br> <strong>David Petri</strong><br> David Petri nasce a Roma il 2 settembre 1967.&nbsp;<br> Fin dall'infanzia mostra una forte tendenza per l'arte pittorica, tanto da spingere il suo primo quadro a soli cinque anni.<br> Nel 1986 si diploma con successo all'Istituto d'Arte di Orvieto.<br> Durante gli ultimi due anni di liceo, tiene la cattedra di Storia dell'Arte collaborando con il prof. Ernesto Pio Frisoli.<br> La sua formazione di base la deve al maestro Walter di Bartolo, allievo a sua volta di importanti artisti come Guttuso e Maccari.<br> Nel 1986 effettua la sua prima personale a Città della Pieve, sua patria adottiva, ottenendo ottimi consensi critici.<br> Nei due anni successivi partecipa a numerose mostre in diverse città dell'Umbria.</p> <p><strong>Per maggiori informazioni:</strong></p> <p>0578.298840 / 9.30-13.00 e 15.30-18.30</p> <br> <p>The Diocesan Civic Museum of St. Mary of Slaves in Città della Pieve will host, from the 8^th April to the 1^st May, the "Way of Grief", the exhibition seeing as its protagonists the 14 stations painted by David Petri.&nbsp;</p> <br> <p>It's a journey among spirituality and art covering the highlights of Christ's Passion, through the artworks of a painter with a great sensibility, refinement and culture.</p><p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>David Petri</strong></p> <p>David Petri was born in Rome on the 2^nd September 1967.</p> <p>Since its childhood, he showed a strong inclination towards the pictorial art, so much to paint his first painting at only five years of age.</p> <p>In 1986 he got his diploma with success at the Art Institute in Orvieto.</p> <p>During the last two years of the high-school, he held the chair of Art History collaborating with the professor Ernesto Pio Frisoli.</p> <p>He owed his basic training to the master Walter di Bartolo, pupil himself of important artists such as Guttuso and Maccari.</p> <p>In 1986 he carried out his first solo performance in Città della Pieve, his adopted homeland, obtaining excellent critical consents.</p> <p>In the two following years he participated to several exhibitions in different Umbrian towns.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>For further information: </strong></p> <p>0578.298840 / 9.30 am - 1 pm and 3.30 pm - 6.30 pm</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <br>
