<p>Dal 4 al 6 agosto a Molini, nel comune di Sellano, si rinnova l’atteso appuntamento con “<strong>L’oro dei Molini…dalla terra il pane</strong>”.</p> <br> <p>"L’oro dei molini": il grano, prezioso per la popolazione della montagna, che un tempo da esso traeva gran parte del suo sostentamento alimentare.</p><p></p> <p>"Dalla terra il pane": per ricordare una verità che sembra ormai dimenticata perché è dalla terra che da sempre l’uomo ha tratto il pane, inteso nella sua accezione più vasta.</p> <p>La rievocazione della mietitura, della trebbiatura, della molitura, della panificazione, la riproposizione di scene di vita dell’epoca, degli antichi mestieri, gli stornelli e musiche popolari, animeranno dalla mattina alla sera il percorso di visita che si snoderà all’interno della piccola località di Molini.</p> Molini, in the Sellano District, is going to renew, from the 4 ^th to the 6 ^th August, the awaited appointment with “ <strong>The Gold of Molini... bread from the soil”.</strong><br> <p>“Gold of mills”: the wheat was so precious for the mountain’s people, who in the past drew from that most of its food supply.</p> <p>“Bread from the soil”: to recall a truth that today seems forgotten because the man has always drawn the bread from the soil, understood in its most complex sense.</p> <p>The re-enactment of harvesting, threshing, milling, baking, the reinterpretation of life scenes of the period, of the ancient trades, stornelli and popular music are going to animate from the morning to the evening the visit that will unwind itself in the small town of Molini.&nbsp;</p>
