Not one, but two weekends will be dedicated to discovering truffle and the many excellencies of the Umbrian gastronomic tradition with the " <strong>38th Market Exhibition of the Valtopina Truffle</strong>". <br> The beautiful town near the Subasio Mountain will host, on 17-18 and 24-25 November, many initiatives focused on the valuable tuber and other typical products from all over Italy and the rest of the world.Since 1981, this unmissable event has proposed a series of initiatives including itineraries guided by expert truffle hunters, tastings with delicious combinations of the famous trifola with oil and wine, as well as gastronomic proposals with typical menus on the theme of "all with truffles".
