<p>Con la sua cinquantaseiesima edizione, in calendario dal 17 al 19 novembre, "<strong>L'Oro di Spello</strong>" è fra le più antiche manifestazioni umbre dedicate all'olio.</p> <br> <p>Per tre giorni la Città dell'Infiorata ospiterà una serie di iniziative culturali e gastronomiche, con una serie di eventi per la valorizzazione e promozione dell'olio extra vergine di oliva.</p><p></p> <p>Per tutta la durata della manifestazione, inoltre, i ristoranti del centro storico che aderiscono all'iniziativa, proporranno menù a tema dove l'olio sarà protagonista e, nella serata inaugurale di venerdì 17, accoglieranno chef ospiti e relatori, provenienti da diverse regioni d'Italia, che cucineranno a "quattro mani" con gli executive chef.</p> <p>Domenica 19, invece, appuntamento da non perdere con la sfilata dei carri folkloristici lungo le vie dello splendido borgo medievale per la "Benfinita", la tradizionale festa che celebra la fine della raccolta delle olive.</p> <p><strong>Per maggiori informazioni:</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.prospello.it/">http://www.prospello.it/</a></p> <br> <p>With its 56^th edition, on schedule from the 17^th to the 19^th November, “<strong>The Gold of Spello</strong>” is among the most ancient Umbrian festivals devoted to oil.&nbsp;</p> <br> <p>For three days the Infiorata Town is going to host a series of cultural and gastronomic initiatives, with a series of events aiming at enhancing and promoting the extra virgin olive oil.</p><p></p> <p>Furthermore, for the entire duration of the event, the restaurants of the historical centre joining the initiative are going to offer themed menus with the oil as protagonist and on the inaugural evening of Friday 27^th, they will host as guests chefs and speakers coming from different Italian regions who will cook “with four hands” together with the executive chefs.</p> <p>On Sunday 19^th, instead, there will be an unmissable appointment with the parade of folklore floats along the streets of the splendid medieval village for the “Good ended”, the traditional festivity that celebrates the end of the olive harvest.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>For further information:</strong></p> <p><a href="http://www.prospello.it/">http://www.prospello.it/</a></p> <br>
